The Center for American History has an extensive collection of material culture comprising rare artifacts, clothing, and textiles that date from the Anglo-American settlement of Texas (early nineteenth century) to the present.
Items from this collection can be seen in exhibits and on display at the the Sam Rayburn Library and Museum in Bonham; the John Nance Garner Museum in Uvalde; and Winedale, a complex of restored nineteenth-century structures and modern buildings near Round Top, Texas.
