Description: Virgilio Elizondo and his son. Mr. Elizondo moved to Texas from Mexico when he was thirteen years old. He had two brothers in Texas colleges and he worked to help them get through school with the plan that later they would in turn help him. Family matters prevented Mr. Elizondo from getting much formal education; he is now the owner and operator of a medium sized neighborhood grocery and general store; he is on the board of directors of PAPA; is active in Boy Scout and church work. His son is a student at Peacock Military Institute, San Antonio.
