This web feature introduces you to Russell Lee Photographs: Images from the Russell Lee Photograph Collection at the Center for American History through excerpts from its Foreword by John Szarkowski, Introduction by J. B. Colson, and a gallery of selected images.

shot for this project as well as the complete transcription of his captions for each image. Also included with the exhibit, which was funded in part by a University of Texas UTOPIA grant, are ten lesson plans for seventh grade Texas History curriculum.
