Winedale - Programs and Events

Every year Winedale draws thousands of students, tourists, and program participants who tour its historic properties—all tours are by appointment only—or attend its public programs and continuing education seminars. Dark Sky Explorers Star Parties


CVDExplorers will be hosting free community star parties at Winedale. A vast array of telescopes to view the many celestial objects that can be seen under Winedale’s exceptionally dark skies.

Texas Master Naturalists Public Forum

Public is invited free of charge to learn from specialists and experts in the areas of conservation, forestry, ecosystems, geology, weather/climate, hydrology, aquatic systems, botany, rangeland, entomology, herpetology, ornithology, and mammals.
