It contains Vizarrón y Eguiarreta's dispatch ordering release of the prisoners, and rendering decision on other matters relative to the price of grain bought by troops from settlers, priority to the Captains of Béxar, Los Adaes and La Bahía in the sale of garden products, and permission to Alvarez Travieso to go to Saltillo.
