Schedule of Events.

6:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • Exclusive pre-party for Platinum and Gold sponsors
7:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • Main events for all sponsors.
7:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.
  • Food, beverages, games, and silent auction
8:15 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
  • Live music, program, and live auction
9:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • Auction cashier checkout

Parking and Transportation.

Parking will be available at the event. For those of you who will be in town for the Austin Game Conference, we will offer free bus transportation to and from downtown Austin’s convention center, leaving at 6:30 p.m. sharp and returning at approximately 11:00 p.m. If you wish to reserve a space on the bus, please email Denise Mayorga.

Directions.

Drive west on FM 2222. Turn left on City Park Road (approximately .5 miles past Loop 360). Proceed .9 miles and turn left on Bridgepoint Parkway.
