Photocopy – Price List

Photocopy decisions are made on a case by case basis by the Center's staff, and fees are used to defray supply and equipment costs for the CAH Research and Collections Division. Some materials cannot be copied due to condition or other restrictions. To place an order for photocopies, consult with the CAH Reference Staff.

Photocopying Fees

*Legal and ledger sized paper are used for larger items only. They will not be used to fit 2 pages per exposure.

Handling Fees

A handling fee is charged for all orders that must be mailed out. No handling fee is charged for orders picked up at the Center. One handling fee will be assessed for approximately every 300 pages.

Shipping to Canada/Mexico   billed accordingly
Overseas Shipping   Overseas patrons must provide Airborne Express, FedEX, or UPS account numbers.

Fax Fees

In addition to regular photocopying fees, orders may be faxed at the following rates:

long distance fee   $5.00
overseas fee   $10.00

Duplication of Reels of Microfilm with Existing Negative Reel: $30.00 per reel

At this time, original microfilming is strictly limited to special cases and accepted only at the CAH's discretion.

Prepayment

Prepayment is required for photocopy orders with estimated costs of higher than $50.00, which is 200 letter size pages. A minimum of 80% of the total must be paid in advance before order will be completed.

Payment

Payment is received by cash, checks made out to the University of Texas at Austin, MasterCard, and Visa. For orders less than $50.00 (including Handling Fees), an invoice with the amount owed will be sent with the completed order. Failure to remit payment in a timely manner may result in required prepayment or rejection of any future photocopy orders.
