There is break up in the beginning of the program, tracking is drifting. The program was recorded with very low RF Signal. Slight RF noise in the picture, recorded into program. Example at 00:06:06; 00:07:32; 00:12:39. The program was recorded with wide horizontal blanking, causing black bars to the sides of the picture. There is tearing in the video, due to over modulation or high levels in the recording. There are dropouts in the program;example at 00:28:32; 00:29:14. There are cue tones in the audio track at the end of the tape.
